“Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”

“This hotel was very clean., Hotel was recently updated/remodeled. Plenty full parking, security cameras in hallway and parking lot. I was able to sleep well, knowing I was safe”

“The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke……

“First night we walk in there is police in the building trying to remove a man, as we walk in our room my daughter ”

“Really outdated dirty rooms. Didn't mind rooms being outdated it was food and other things stuck to the wall that could be scrubbed off but never was that did it for me.”

“You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. Lesson……

“Overall it is a good hotel. The room is big. Paid breakfast is good and very friendly staffs. But since I stay at the first floor, I can feel the stamping from above floor and noise from time to time.”

“This was a great Hotel, the room was very clean and bed was super comfy!! Easy parking....overall it was a 10 for the money.”

“It was over by 9am on a Sunday, no conditioner and toilet rim was horrible. No jacuzzi by pool. ”

“The only disadvantage is no breakfast provide. There are lots of restaurant around this area. Forgot my necklace in this hotel, when I came back in next day. They kept it well well. Very appreciated!!”
