“For the first time ever, this suite was exactly as described/pictured. It it elegant, bright, tastefully decorated and modern. The fireplace wouldn't work or turn on. (Dead batteries in remote?). No A/C, but a tower fan was provided. It was a great fan with a great blue light that lit up the room. I threw a face cloth over it to block it. One electrical outlet in the kitchen did not work. It was the one directly beside the Keurig station, so we had to move the station to another outlet to be……

“Many bedrooms but not very clean. Many fruit flies all around main floor. We kept all foods packed away in fridge but still saw many flies throughout our stay (only 2 nights, 3 days). We were a party of 4 (2 kids under 6) and 2 adults. We asked for extra bath towels since there were only 4. We do usually re-use towels but we like having extra towels when washing hair or if kids need to bathe more than once a day from getting dirty and dont want to re-use damp towels. The host refused to supply……
