"No Airport pick up provided, despite it’s clearly noted in Expedia booking comments. No one from Hotel reached out to me for any details or confirmation. Called them ahead of time to confirm about the Airport pickup and I was assured it will be done but didn’t happen. Requested for additional mattress but despite repeated requests nothing was provided. At the time of check out when I complained about these issues to check out staff rather then believing me, they started to look into confirm that if I m lying about notes in the Expedia request. Instead of some kind of assurance that it was an honest mistake and they will look into that and will do something about that, staff handed over the POS terminal to pay the food charges. "A terrible hotel, there was no hot water and no towel provided until I asked but they gave me a damp, dirty one. The staff didn't have my reservation at first so it took half an hour to pull up the booking and check in. Finally, they insisted that I pay for them to provide security stating that it is required for Chinese citizens even though I'm an American. I had to call the embassy who sent a car to help me flee the property in the early hours of the morning because the manager wouldn't otherwise let me leave. "
