Car chargers not working

Chose this hotel due to alleged electric car charger. Charger did not work. Room was good. The team was not able to refund the price for the car charging.

The hotel is generally good, clean, you can sleep peacefully, the birds sing in the surroundings. The staff is friendly. - Not so good: it is located in an industrial, non-touristy area, outside Wismar and difficult to access if you do not bring a vehicle. The parking lot is large, it costs €5 per day. I recommend it if you travel with family, friends und if you travel by car.

BED BUGS!

We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. The worst part was the day after returning home I found bite marks on my body, which within a day became extremely uncomfortable and in the evening hours it was much worse, painful with an awful itch. This lasted for over a week. The only hope for some relief was an icepack in bed. The bites were in a straight line in an unmentionable area. After more research and confirmation it was BED BUG BITES! We won't be staying here again.

Stay away from this hotel.

Staff doesn't speak English, which is simply unacceptable. It's hard to comprehend that a 4 star hotel charges for parking. Hotels.com advertises that the hotel has free parking. I was charged for 15 EUR for 3 nights of parking. This is utterly bad and unacceptable service. The stuff used Google translate to tell me that free parking is down the road, some 300 meters away. Yeah thanks, that's not free parking at the hotel...Cleanliness is also a problem when I found pubic hair on the toilet and bathtub. The hotel looks and smell dated. This is at best a 2 star and definitely not a 4! Also, they mix family and solo traveller's on the same floor. Don't ever do that, a real 4 star hotel would never put a solo traveler next to rooms with kids, waking up 7 o'clock on your vacation for kids running around and screaming is awful. Last but not least the rooms don't have a minibar, not even a small fridge where you could put drinks or food while you're staying there. I'd never stay here again, even for half the price. Just an overall awful experience.

2 Euro für den Whirlpool, keine Bademäntel weil das Hotel ausgebucht sei und allgemein irgendwie überall irgendwas was einem nicht so zusagte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und wenn alles da war auch eine gute Auswahl. Personal bis auf beim Frühstück wirkte etwas lustlos und nicht sehr Service orientiert. Der Bus fährt einmal die Stunde braucht aber auch eine Stunde bis nach Wismar, dafür aber kein Abzug weil die Lage sucht man sich als Gast ja selbst aus. Nochmal würden wir nicht kommen.

Zimmer war soweit okay, allerdings auch in bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksbuffet auch okay, nichts besonderes, aber ausreichend und schmackhaft. Personal auch nett, leider platzte die Reinigungskraft am Abreisetag schon lange vor acht Uhr ins Zimmer. Das fand ich sehr unangemessen. Pool und Sauna waren wie immer Top, sogar die Dampfsauna konnte genutzt werden. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder ☺

Ich möchte mich bezüglich meines Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel beschweren, da ich mit mehreren Punkten sehr unzufrieden war: Um die Badewanne herum war überall Schimmel. Der Duschkopf war stark verkalkt und funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer hatte viele unangenehme Flecken. Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und gab keinerlei Erklärungen zur Nutzung von Pool und Sauna. Das Wasser im Pool war deutlich verschmutzt und machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Diese Mängel entsprechen leider nicht dem Standard, den ich bei der Buchung über Hotels.com erwartet habe.

Das Klintel vom Hotel ist ü60! Dafür ist es aber ruhig und angenehm. Das ganze Hotel könnte aber neues Aussehen bekommen. Dafür ist es das günstigste in Wismar. Also nimmt man was man bekommt

Die Zimmerausstattung ist alt und abgewohnt.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist alt und abgewohnt, teilweise sogar zerschlissen und kaputt (Stühle, Lampenschirme). Die Kopfkisssen waren klumpig und eine Zumutung. Ebenso die Schlafdecken, sie waren alt, vergilbt und hart wie ein Brett und haben überhaupt nicht gewärmt. Das Laken mussten wir erst einmal selbst glattziehen, das Bett war sehr unordentlich bezogen. Die Duschabtrennung war verkalkt und sogar Kalkflecken auf dem Boden. Die Toilettenschüssel hatte einen Riss. Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Beide Aufzüge waren defekt, wir mussten mit unserem Gepäck bei der Anreise die Treppe nutzen,uns wurde keine Hilfe beim Gepäck angeboten. Wir haben kein Frühstück gebucht und können hierzu keine Bewertung abgeben. Den Preis von 138,00 Euro nur für eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück sehen wir als viel zu hoch für ein solches Zimmer. Eine Minibar und ein Safe sind auch nicht vorhanden. Nach unserer Erfahrung entspricht dies alles nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel. Wir würden dieses Hotel in diesem Zustand nicht wieder buchen. Lobend zu erwähnen ist der Herr an der Rezeption am Morgen unserer Abreise (06.09.2025), der kompetent und freundlich auf unsere Kritik reagiert hat.

Es war insgesamt im wesentlichen in Ordnung, stellenweise ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Gefallen hat der Bad- und WC-Bereich. Dieser war geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Sehr negativ ist zu bemerken, daß die vorhandenen 2 Aufzüge fast durchgängig wegen Störung nicht nutzbar waren. Unschön war auch, daß es keine Möglichkeit gab die Rechnung am Tag vor dem Check-out zu begleichen. Es war also schön, aber mit Mängeln.

Greit hotell i ein by som ikkje har taxier, når hotellet da ligger 5 kilometer fra sentrum og personale er veldig lite villig til å hjelpe med å få ordna transport. Då trekker det ned.

Vi fick ett rum precis bredvid gymmet som väckte oss klockan 7 på morgonen och hissarna lät högt in i rummet så väldigt lyhört. Jacuzzin kostade extra pengar vilket är konstigt när det står att det ska ingå. Bastun som var så fin på uteplatsen som är med på bild på hotellet vad gammal och ur funktion. Det känns som att bilderna lockar en till att välja det här hotellet men sen lever inte riktigt upp till det man ser. Det ligger väldigt avsides och svårt om man inte har bil. Ingen är personalen kunde engelska vilket är väldigt konstigt när man jobbar inom service och turism. Om det här hotellet ska jag överleva konkurrensen behöver det vara gratis parkering och gratis frukost annars kommer det nog inte finnas kvar. Dåligt att parkering kostar 5 € per natt när det ligger så avsides.
