“Nice staff”

“Charlotte's Rose Inn was a wonderful place to stay while visiting PEI. The staff and amenities were outstanding and there were many dining and shopping options nearby. We took advantage of the free bikes and beach supplies that the Inn made available to us during our stay, and the breakfasts were catered to our different diets and absolutely delicious.”

“Over charged for facility..lacks elevators and very poor access with luggage into hotel. Bathroom lacks adequate lighting .”

“We loved everything about Harbour House. Walking distance to cafes, great restaurants and shopping. Clean, huge bedroom with all the amenities. Very quiet room. Hot water in the shower.. by far, my favourite place. 10/10”

“Very nice, big clean room. Very comfortable, high quality bedding. Shower was extremely clean with great temperature and water pressure. Extensive and tasty breakfast spread. And staff was excellent! Would definitely recommend”

“Good location to walk to the water and see the main restaurants. Hotel is great condition feels new but very basic, no tv, no iron, feels like an up scale dorm room/hostil”

“location is extremely great, just 5 mins walking to downtown and other historic interests; the room is a bit small but it's ok for one person. The owner Todd is very nice and provided useful information for siteseeing and restaurants. Will defintely stay here again when I come back.”

“The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean but I think it’s pretty shocking that there is no recycling at the breakfasts and that hundreds of plastic cups and plastic knives, forks and spoons are just thrown out. The room doesn’t have recycling either. Also, some proper glasses in the room would be welcome as the cups are very cheap. All in all a nice stay but I wouldn’t stay again for these reasons.”
