“This apartment is in a great location right on the main strip it’s on the smaller side, but has everything you could possibly need. It is also very clean and updated. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. But otherwise I would highly recommend this.”

“I booked this adorable studio-cottage near campus for our son who had a 12 day lab elective at UF— it’s a summer lab, so campus wasn’t an option. I needed something reasonably priced safe comfortable within close walking distance to/from campus & downtown Gainesville… and this VRBO fit the bill! Communication with hosts was excellent, the photos/description aligned with reality, directions were clear & timely, self check-in was a breeze, cottage was very clean and smelled great, everything……

“Definitely will stay here again. Close to everything.”

“It was a perfect cozy spot. Hot shower and comfortable bed. I’m in Gainesville from time to time and live in Tampa, so this was the perfect spot! Will stay here again if available next time I’m in town.”

“The unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen (utensils). Plus located very close to anything you need, Publix, restaurants, ice cream!!”

“The space was very clean and cozy and the host was very easy to communicate with!”

“Easiest check in and out process, very clean and updated room. Only a block away from the Heartwood sound stage and a few blocks from downtown. Worth staying here to cut the cost of uber.”

“I really can't say enough positive things about this VRBO experience. I have used the service quite a bit, and this one stood out for the fantastic communication, the value, cleanliness and comfort of the property and overall experience. The manager sent a good map to help in navigation, as the complex is laid our a little quirkily. Super helpful. The clear and concise instruction for check in and out was great. It was very comfortable and clean. If you need to be in Gainesville, near……
