The sheets looked like they were not fresh. When i checked out i noticed a hole in the wall next to the toliet and informed staff. When i got to my car i relized i did not have my phone, so i went back inside got the key to the room i had left 20 minutes earlier and discovered the beds were made and the hole had been patched but no phone. I went back to the front desk and the staff said no one had been inside the room...wth. in addition the credit card i used for the room had over $500 charged to it the same night i checked in, luckily my credit card contacted me and the charges are under investigation.

This hotel is a dump. Can the toilet didn't work. There was a dog barking in the room.Next to us all night long. And the management sucks. Pilot recommended not to stay at the dump.

The front desk guy was extremely nice. But the A.c. was stuck on 74 we tried all we could but it would not budge. The elevator was broke. And we were on the 2nd floor 😭. Towels were horrible(paper thin).Life lesson always take your own towel no matter what!!! Still waiting on my security deposit on any incidentals ( which there was none from us) to be returned. Will not stay again.

The elevator doesn’t work our first room didn’t have AC working so they give us a second one and there were roaches in there…. Now they charged you 100 for deposit hands up, they changed the breakfast time, we have been in this hotel a couple of times and this was our last time- they loose us for sure-

Poor lighting no quilt for sleeper sofa ice machine out of service not enough towels provided & we didn't get to have breakfast because our iterinary said breakfast was served until 10:30 we went down around 9 kitchen was closed went to front desk and was told the serve until 930 but the kitchen was closed before then i showed front desk where it showed on our iterinary 1030 we had to go out an find a place that served breakfast very in convenient we hade a 1 hr wait when we finally found a restaurant
