"I stay here often when I am traveling from Dallas airport. On the day that I checked in, I called ahead of time to make sure there was a shuttle available to take me to the airport as I was running late due to traffic. I was assured that there would be a shuttle available at 12:30 M1 at 1 PM. I needed to board my flight at 1:40 PM. I arrived at the hotel before 1230 but there was no shuttle at 12:30 and apparently no shuttle was coming at 1 o’clock either. When it got closer to 1 o’clock, I had to drive over to Dallas myself and pay $40 to park. So I was not able to use the free parking and shuttle from the hotel. And all the times that I have State at this hotel this is the first issue I have ever had. I was flying to South Florida and back in one day. Thus the reason I was staying at the hotel because I could not have a 2 Hour Dr. after flying down and back in a day. I do love the staff at this hotel. They are always kind and helpful. The front desk person told me that another hotel was having an event and this was why I couldn’t get a shuttle. She did try to call and find me a shuttle, but could not find one. I love the morning breakfast choices, especially the strawberry waffles. The food that is offered for breakfast is always great."
