“AmericInn Mountain Home, Arkansas is a very nice motel. Built in 2023, our room was good as new, clean and everything worked perfectly. Comfortable beds. We had a room on the second floor (there is an elevator). There is no ice machine on 2nd floor, but there IS a nice reading nook with books and a chair where the ice machine would have been. I reckin an old okie aint sereebril enuff to need a nook, but I twernt goin on the elevator in my skivy pj's to cool my Mtn Hm dew.

“Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant.
I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again.”
