This house, nestled in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes, has been remodeled top to bottom and features:

- Covered parking at the front door.
- Clean, uncluttered design throughout.
- Open galley kitchen, fully stocked with everything you might need. New appliances, cabinets and counters.

- New beds/mattress in every bedroom.
- Bright overhead lighting throughout.
- New bathroom fixtures.

- Large fenced-in back yard on a corner lot with trees and a back patio make for a nice spot to sit with a morning coffee, or use the outdoor grill to make dinner.

Family retreat for graduation
We thoroughly enjoyed this home for our family to come together for our son's graduation. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and pleasant. The space was perfect for our extended family and we enjoyed being able to rest, relax, and visit during our stay. The house had everything we needed for the trip. We would highly recommend this location if traveling to Gainesville.

This house is lovely. It has been recently renovated so everything is brand new. It is also spotless! We loved the location as we could walk to two grocery stores, multiple restaurants and shops and even the post office. The hosts, Alex and Karen, were extremely responsive and helpful.
