Very neglected, I reserved two rooms. We got in late one room was open no bed spreads and smelled like marijuana. Night time front desk person was not compassionate and would not return your money. It was late and raining. We had to stay with our friend and that room didn't have a phone, was dirty you could see the dirt in the edges and window seals. Exposed wires and no smoke detector. Vents were filthy. Very outdated as well, needs a full makeover. Idk how that heath dept and fire Marshal allows that place to stay open. Worst experience ever!

This place looked nothing like the pictures, run down, terrible! The inside was better big then had no hot water. Water stains from leaks, open holes in plumbing, dangerous. Health inspectors need to make a visit. Well overpaid for this DUMP

Quality in at Medal of Honor location was filthy. Not up to code no smoke detector wires hanging, bathroom and window seals have never been cleaned. Luggage rack broken and no phone in room. Smelled bad and no bed spreads just sheets. Needless to say couldn't stay in that filthy room and front desk would not return our money. They were reported to the fire Marshal and corporate.

No I would not stay .. we were told one price 111.34 and when we got there we had to pay 169.00 plus 25.00 for early check in .. and then we got to the room and open the door and there was holes in the wall, bugs on the pillow , the showers water didn’t get hot at all , ask for new towels and never got them will never stay there again

Understand being under construction, however room was not as described in photos. When walking into room turning on lights, bugs scattered on bed, a wet stain of some kind on comforter and toilet was running. (Just jiggled handle to fix). Immediately left room, could not even put my bag down. Went to front desk and tried to get refund was denied. Clerk asked me to try another room, absolutely NOT! Left and drove down to road to find another hotel.

STAY AWAY. Figured we would catch some sleep after an event at winstar worst mistake ever . Very dirty , stained mattress , and worst of all . Bed bugs . Never again waiting to get a call from someone for a refund

1st room was full of bedbugs then we got transferred to a 2nd room that was dirty, the door didn't close correctly, food on the wall, an overgrown fly, and only luke warm water. Then we went out for the day & came back to our keys not working.

Hello! For the one (1) night stay, the price was convenient. • The staff was courteous. • The halls to the rooms were trashy - - food and to-go containers were all over the place. • The room was clean. • The top cover of the toilet did needed to be lifted to flush. This is a hazard! You had to be careful lifting it up with both hands and setting it to an angle to prevent dropping and breaking it. • The entrance door to the room had big gaps allowing the cold air into the room and made the room cold. There’s always room for improvement. Thank you for allowing guests to share their experience!

I read the reviews (just like you’re doing now) to decide whether to book a night’s stay. The moment I drove up to the property, I wanted to turn around. Had I not already paid, I would’ve cancelled on the spot. The outside & surrounding area looked like somewhere you wouldn’t be caught after dark. Walking up the stairs to my room, there were rat trap boxes & trash scattered all around the property. Inside the room, one bed was absolutely filthy—brown & yellow stains all over the bedspread, so who knows what was underneath. Luckily, the other bed looked clean, but I still sprayed it down with my own disinfectant. In the bathroom, there was a dirty wash rag & towel hanging over the shower rod. While sitting on the toilet, you could see boogers & God-knows-what-else smeared on the walls. The toilet paper holder wasn’t even secured to the wall. Since two towels were clearly dirty, I didn’t dare use the ones folded on the shelf. I brought my own. There were also brown stains on the walls around the sink. Point blank: the room was not clean. I seriously considered driving back home after my concert, but I didn’t want to drive intoxicated, so I stayed. The walls are paper-thin, people were slamming doors all night, & an exhaust fan from a nearby room ran loudly the entire time. I will never stay here again just to save $50–$60. I knew better. Hopefully someone reads this review & makes a better decision about where they choose to lay their head. Shame on me, lesson learned.
