The property is located in Galatone, a charming village in the Salento region just a few kilometres from the sea and close to the beautiful town of Gallipoli and the Porto Selvaggio Nature Reserve. It is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of Salento.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, moka pot, oven, microwave, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), dining table, flat-screen TV, and sofa;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the bedroom), fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Galatone Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in-in.



After 9:30 p.m., check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM - 25.00 euros

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - 30.00 euros

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros
