Nice place to stay

The house is located at the egde of a small village in nature and complete silence. It is equipped with everything you need. Supermarkets you reach in about 8 km and a nice beach in 15 km. It is perfect to spend a relaxing holiday and to discover Gran Canaria from North to South. We enjoyed our stay and can absoluty recommend this location. The communication with Juan was always friendly and quick.

Amazing property, fantastic host

I cannot fault anything, from the initial booking, information provided by the owner, the property itself, the facilities, the views, the peace and quiet ....fantastic! Loved this place and would recommend to anyone be that couples, families, friends. Exceeded our expectations, just wish we had stayed longer than a week.

Lovely quiet property

Everything we needed - inside and out. The conservatories were lovely light areas to sit. The only minus was the weather - rainy and windy - which felt cold so no chance to swim in the pool. The owner was very helpful as one of our party needed to see a doctor and we were there when all the new extra covid tests were put in place.

Home from home

A beautiful home from home. Spotlessly clean. Located in the mountain area with a beautiful view. Very well equipped and comfortable. An excellent pool side kitchen. Very easy location for sight seeing. The villa has the basics eg, dish washing liquid, soap powder and dishwasher tablets. This really helps on arrival. The owner is responsive. The pool is lovely. Would definitely recommend this property.

El Poleo

On the VRBO website it states there is a Jacuzzi / Hot tub. As this was one of our search requirements, we were disappointed that there wasn't one. It also states there is a fireplace and so by listing it, one would think it was possible to actually have a fire which isn't the case. I think these two should be removed from the list of popular amenities as it is incorrect and misleading. A few minor points; we found a used oven tray in the oven and a greasy frying pan in the cupboard. There were no teatowels or hand towels laid out in the kitchen. We had booked the house for a special occasion but when we came to lay the table there were no candles and we couldn't get to the nice plates in the cupboard because it was locked. As I say these are minor issues and didn't detract from our enjoyment of the house which we thought was charming. It was a pity the weather wasn't so good for our stay as we didn't see the property in sunshine until the morning we left. However, one thing I really think you need to improve is the quality of the bedding. The duvet covers and sheets were very poor quality and the pillows very thin each pernoenough.

Charmante Finca mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir waren Anfang April für 16 Tage in dieser zauberhaft heimligen Finca u.haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es gab einige Lieblingsplätze-der schöne Wintergarten mit dem fantastischen Blick auf den Garten mit Brunnen und vielen mediteranen Gewächsen sowie das Loungesofa, auf dem es sich nachts die Katzen bequem gemacht haben u. dadurch etwas verschmutzt wurde wegen des zwar mildwarmen Wetters, doch gelegentlichem feuchten Niesel.Eine lustige Hühnerbande kam uns auch regelmäßig besuchen.Der grossartige Ausblick über die Berge bis zum Tal u.der am Fuße des Taschenteides liegenden Stadt Galdar war besonders von den blühenden Wiesen aus zu sehen und wir bedauerten manchmal etwas, dass dieser Blick nicht auch vom Pool u. anderen Stellen aus zu sehen war, weil das nicht einsehbare Grundstück von großen Palmen geschützt wurde u. der Pool mit einer Mauer umgeben ist. Es war alles reichlich vorhanden, Küchenutensilien, Geschirr, Gewürze, Handtücher, Heizung, Klimaanlage, Bettzeug für warme u. kühle Tage. Der Vermieter war jederzeit gut erreichbar u. stand bei Fragen immer zur Seite. Einmal die Woche wurde gereinigt. Den 25 Pool hatten wir leider seltener genutzt, weil es uns im Urlaub zu mühselig war, täglich die Plane auszufahren u. ihn nachts wieder zu bedecken. Eine unglaublich gut ausgebaute Serpentinenstrasse führt in 13 min zu großen Supermärkten u.Galdar. Reife Orangen, Mispeln,Zitronen haben wir gekostet. Ein wundervolles Fleckchen Erde u.herzlichen Dank dem lieben Besitzer.

Zauberhafte Villa mit viel Flair

Sehr schöne Villa, ruhig gelegen mit viel Natur. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Vorallem der Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel nach 1 Woche Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. An der Sauberkeit in der Küche kann man noch arbeiten, ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Gepflegtes Haus auf einem großen, sehr ruhig gelegenen Grundstück, von dem aus man jedoch schnell zu den schönsten Wandergebieten der Insel kommt. Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Es war ein Aufenthalt der beonsderen Art. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheid waren ein perfekter Ausgleich zu unserem hektischen Alltag. Es war alles Vorhanden, von Fernsehen über Internet bis zur Spielekonsole war alles dort. Der beheizte Pool war auch ein Highlight. Alles in allem ein superschöner Urlaub mit einem sehr netten Vermieter, also sehr Empfehlenwert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Insel der Ruhe

Es handelt sich um eine abgelegene Finca. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß und sehr gut und persönlich ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war super. Schon Tage vor der Anreise bekamen wir Informationen über die Umgebung. Wer Katzen und Hühner liebt wird jeden Morgen persönlich begrüßt. Die Abende kann man auch vor dem sehr großen Flachbildschirm verbringen, der von Netflix bis Sat alles bietet. Wer Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass jeder Einkauf oder Ausflug mit Fahren verbunden ist.

Everything you'll need for an amazing stay!

This house is wonderfully spacious, so well equipped and the views are just breathtaking - you'll never tire of them!!! As a family looking for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life, we have had the perfect stay. Every detail is covered - from linen, towels and toiletries to every appliance and kitchen utensil you could possibly ever need! Of course, much of our time was spent relaxing in the incredible pool. A car is a must as it does feel a bit remote but a short trip down the winding mountain road finds you back by the shops and gorgeous Gàldar! Juan Carlos responded to any queries that we had instantly and so our minds were always at rest. We cannot fault this holiday! ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo - volveremos sin duda!
