满意：服务设施，员工和服务
Breakfast hours two short, Ran out of food for breakfast had to wait while the staff made more. We got to breakfast at 9:05, 25 minutes before the end. There were no clean butter knifes, no clean glasses, had to use a setiform cup for juice.
Noticed a lot of chips in the molding, paint scratches, general maintenance not being taken care of. Being in the business I could tell the maintenance has gone down.
Irish Cottage used to be the best hotel in Galena, I can not honestly say that anymore. Its nice, clean but when you pay over 200.00 a night I expect the room to be made up everyday without asking, more then 1 bar of soap for the sink and tub. I expect breakfast to have plenty of clean dishes and never have to wait on food to be made for a buffet.
