Our Eagle Ridge Stay

Wow. The townhouse was great. It has about everything one needs. The activities the area offers are also great. Galena is both geologically and historically interesting. All around we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location - Beautiful View!

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean and cozy. Philip was very prompt with any questions I had. Everything you need is provided and the bonus is you can bring your pet! We will definitely stay there again!

Lovely getaway !

The property was on a beautiful golf course just outside of downtown Galena. We loved that we were a little further out of town to enjoy the scenery. Wonderful communication with our host. The home was clean and absolutely adorable! We also enjoyed some of the personal touches, like the record player. Want to come back again when the weather is warmer.

Exactly the quiet needed

Place was quiet and remote - exactly what was needed for a weekend away. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything that was needed. Porch was nice to sit and enjoy nature and to watch the golfers!

Girls Weekend Getaway

My sister and I booked the property for a little girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We cooked the first night and the kitchen had all the basic necessities needed. We really enjoyed watching the sunset by the fire, the views are great. The area is incredibly quiet and peaceful and just a quick trip into town. Highly recommend!

A respite retreat

I was able to spend some time with a dear friend who needed a bit of respite. Beautiful setting, wonderful set-up and we so appreciated the opportunity to bring our furry friends. All we needed was some more snow to make it perfect.

Lovely Galena Territory Townhome

My wife and I have stayed in quite a few townhomes within the Galena Territory. This one was one of the best. Very clean, well equiped, and stylish digs. Had everything we needed for a long weekend get away. It also has one of the best views, with a sweeping view of the hills and ridges. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Cozy comfort

Everything was wonderful. Felt like sleeping in the clouds. Nice long walking path out the back yard that goes around the course. Could actually see the stars at night no need for any of the tvs. Definitely look forward to visiting this beautiful area again soon! Did some cooking and had everything I needed. Felt very clean and cozy.

Mom & Me getaway

Quick girls' trip with my dog to Galena territory and the home had everything including dog supplies (food/water dish, dog bed, leash outside). This takes the crown for the easiest checkout I've had in a rental. The property host communicated the best I've had yet as well, including a list of recommendations, and follow up before, during, and after the stay. It was a beautiful drive into town, and we chose this location only because it was dog friendly, and if we returned without a dog I would still go back to this space. Highly recommend!

Could have been much better

Enjoyed our three days. Very clean townhouse. Great golf view. Would stay again, but we would need assurance that the trouble we encountered attempting to access the internet was rectified. We had to leave the unit to find other means of getting wifi...big inconvenience. I am a former resident having owned 3 separate properties at different times since 1991. We love " the Territory".

Wonderful Location - Lovely Accommodations

The condo is very nice and had everything needed for a super stay. Phil (our host) was very responsive and provided a ton of suggestions for things to do and places to go. The location was perfect for access to everything Galena Territory. If you are a golfer - make this a destination and you MUST experience The General. TIP: the price changes to $55 after 3:00 (foregoing $155) This course is cut out of the limestone and hills with a few holes that have a ~200 foot elevation change. GORGEOUS. The city of Galena is a MUST as well. We also experienced the Galena Lake bike trail and of course the trails/roads around the Eagle Ridge Resort (location of the condo). Be prepared for some hill climbing but well worth it as the location is so very scenic and beautiful. Would love to do this in the fall when the leaves turn. Overall, this has been one of our best vacations/destinations. Encourage anyone that loves the outdoors and beautiful rolling hills to not hesitate, book this condo and enjoy the Galena Territory in all its splendor! Thanks, Phil, for having such a lovely accommodation, the assist on activities and sharing!

This loft townhome was absolutely perfect for my weekend getaway for a family wedding. The golf course views were breathtaking and the amount of space and decor was awesome! I particularly loved the record player with a selection of some classic vinyl to unwind and just relax with an amazing view. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!
