「酒店設施及環境皆好。早餐豐富，易泊車、有按摩池。員工態度一般，Check in 時說找不到我訂第二日的預訂，要明天能跟進. 退房時，櫃檯職員不負責過數，要等另外負責人，等至近十分鐘才有一位女士來過數，沒道歉，態度冷漠，完全不像酒店員工應有的服務。」
