Luxury hotel away from the busy Galle Fort

Amazing hotel and probably our favourite of our whole stay. Really friendly and accommodating team with good restaurant and pool. A short walk to Galle Fort however would recommend a tuktuk at night.

Beautiful property on the hill looking over Galle. The pool was very warm - a couple of giant ice cubes were needed! Brilliant massages, nice dinner and drinks on the rooftop.

An sich macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Massage war auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht ausreichend entsprechend des Preises. Leider sind die Zimmer (Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse) sehr hellhörig und es befindet sich zwischen den Zimmern eine Holztür, wodurch selbst der Wecker der Nachbarn zu hören war. Der sehr laute Abzugslüfter im Bad und die Klobrille im Zimmer 109 müsste ausgetauscht werden, da die Abnutzung ziemlich sichtbar war. Wir würden das Hotel trotzdem weiter empfehlen.

Vores yndlingssted i Sri Lanka

Vi har boet på Lady Hill i 2024 og nu igen i 2025. Her er virkelig dejligt. Hotellet har den smukkeste udsigt. Det ligger i gåafstand til Galle Fort, hvor der er altid er meget trafik og mange mennesker. Det er dog ikke noget man mærker til på hotellet, som ligger tilbagetrukket på bakken. Her kan man virkelig nyde roen og stilheden. Stedet er meget rent, og alt personale er søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Maden er også rigtig god. Vi er især glade for at morgenmaden vælges ud fra en menu, hvorefter man får serveret netop det man har lyst til. Oftest serveres en ekstra overraskelse i form af f.eks. en lokal specialitet, french toast eller pandekager. Vi giver vores varmeste anbefalinger til Lady Hill
