"Unfortunately, the AC unit in our room stopped just after midnight and it wouldn’t go back on after I tried a few buttons. Without the white noise of the fan, we could now hear planes overhead. So not the greatest experience for us. However the hotel is fine and the beds were good. A little on the soft side, fyi. "

"Older room, bathroom needed updating, Internet, very slow. All the time, bed was mediocre, carpeting was worn, staff had an almost I don’t care attitude when we asked for help. We needed a 625 shuttle for the airport and breakfast was served at 6:30 and although the girls were there, they would not serve us as they were on break. "We arrived in the early evening to a nice welcome - our room was upgraded to a king corner room overlooking the pool. We only stayed 1 night but loved the pool and hot tub, the soaking tub in our spacious room, Dyson hair dryer, heated bathroom floor, and luxurious room/bed...etc were fabulous. We walked to dinner nearby since the hotel restaurant was closed. Great place to spend for work or just outside Richmond, or near the airport."
