「Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. 」

「The staff was nice under the circumstances of this property.Once I checked in property.Room no remote,no garbage can.Then after getting to sit down the roaches greeted us looking like what we doing in there. The hall had lingering smell of dog piss and cat urine.I was on second floor.The drink machine wasn’t working.I will never darken that property again」

「Asian staff/owners assume all blacks smoke.This was reflected during the conversation while checking in. RACIAL PROFILING. Unable to rest both day and night as room doors slam REALLY LOUDLY! People from the area sometimes walked through the property and by my room window. No privacy unless drapes are drawn. This should not be an issue at all, let alone during the day time.」

Also reported it to Expedia which was not able to reach the hotel so after a few days offered me a $25 credit on their platform. Why would I use a platform that does not verify the hotels they are promoting and will not take responsibility for any issues even though they are collecting the payment. Might need legal help on this one!」

The lady at the counter named Kelly instantly became frustrated when she realized my booking was through Expedia. She pulled up my booking and I paid the $2 administration fee.
