「I booked a one bedroom and when I got there I was told they didn't have any and ended up with a 2 bed studio. I asked the front desk person what do I do since I paid extra for the one bedroom. She said you'll have to take it up with who you booked it through. Then I get to the room and there are pillows all over the floor. I saw housekeeping down the hall and asked if that was ok.
