“This was at least our 5th stay here, and it was, as always, a wonderful experience. The condo itself is set up perfectly for our group of 4 adults, 2 tween/teens and the family dog. Communication with the hosts is friendly and fast, and they are very responsive to requests and any last-minute issues (always on our end) that come up, as well as open to suggestions. They also go out of their way to share any knowledge of special events and opportunities in the area during our stay. The amenities……

“Evelyn checked me in and found a small error with my check in. She went above and beyond to correct the situation for me without hesitation. She provided me with conversation as i waited. She gave off such a warm welcome. True customer service. ”

“It is a very nice hotel, was convenient for us. The TV remote did not work. Staff replaced batteries but this did not solve the problem. Hotel was under remodeling construction and was being completed in an orderly fashion that did not disturb the guests.”

“The room was very clean. The bathroom appeared to have been upgraded to more modern style furnishing. It did suprise me they still use metal keys in the door for lock. I think the desk clerk could have either been more knowledgeable about eating establishments in area, or the Motor Lodge offer a pamphlet with resturants in area.”
