「I feel this inn needs a major makeover. Yes the view is spectacular and the large porch nice, but I found the staff very lackluster starting with the check-in process. There is no elevator and she did not offer bellman assistance. Then the female bartender was unfriendly and she acted like it was an imposition for me to ask for two drinks. The rooms were large. TV small. No hooks on back of bathroom door nor ample space to put a toiletry case. The room was clean. Kudos to housekeeping. ...

「Room was ok looking. The bathroom though appearing clean reeked of mildew. I had to close the bathroom door during my stay to keep the smell out. Carpet was also long overdue to be changed. Washcloths were also dingy looking. The bed was comfortable and the location was decent. Overall, the hotel could use an overhaul and management could use better attention to detail in terms of bathroom items. Dingy looking washcloths although clean smelling, is unacceptable.」

「Rooms were clean, Private bath. Shared kitchen and living room which made for great company and the meeting of new friends. Met one couple at 7pm and chatted until after midnight. Not much in area for restaurants but you have use of the kitchen to reheat, cook or store food. Beautiful river on one side and the train line on the other. Ear plugs provided if you don't like the sounds of trains or you can watch the 103 cars go by. An interesting find with easy access after property provided...

「The location of the accommodation is superb. 2 min away from ski resort, and 4 min away from a mart. The place is well-organized and decorated. Amenity for kids was another big plus. i.e. Genga, lego, sink toy, etc. Kitchin is also very well equipped. electric stove, coffee brewer, many dishes, pots, and frying pans. the kitchen is practical. One minor downside is that the kitchen knife is too dull to the point that it is not usable for cutting meat. 」

「The decor was charming and quaint. The property owners had essentials stocked in case I forgot anything plus a nice little coffee bar which made me very happy. There were games for playing, as well as a laundry room. The communication was clear and concise, and check in was super easy. There was suggestions for local events and dining. It was not far from down town and a park. I would stay here again.」

「When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time.」
