“Our stay at Taj Devi Ratn was spectacular. The room was very spacious and the staff very incredibly courteous and efficient. The available dining options were great and authentic. The only downside to the hotel is the distance from the Jaipur city center, but the area was very peaceful as a result.”

“整体酒店的感觉是很舒适，适合度假，可以让整个人放松下来，氛围比较轻松。位置在老城区，里面保留了历史建筑，旅游观光还是很不错的。但是对于商务出行来说，不是很友好，因为位置偏，打车什么的比较费时间。”

“スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、お願いしたことに、すぐに対応してくれます。アグラまでの車の観光付き一日チャーターも手頃な値段で手配してくれました。料理もおいしかったです。お部屋もアラジンのような世界観で素敵でした。立地は少し不便で、わかりづらいです。”

“Room was spacious and comfortable, staff was courteous and also gave us an early check in. Location was also near hawa Mahal and easily reachable.”

“Absolutely did not like the room. Very small rooms and bathrooms. Very noisy. Could not sleep at all amidst bus horns and other noises on the street. No noise barriers in the room. Very uncomfortable. Do not recommend. Staff service was still good”

“The address of the property listed on Expedia and contact number both were not correct . We struggled to reach to the property and room was also not clean and full of smoke . On request staff changed our room but still the quality of this hotel is not as per the stars given to the property . Bedsheets , walls of the room are all stained and of poor quality . Breakfast had only basic items though . Overall my stay at this property was poor .”

“The guests have not stayed at the property. When the guests reach over there, they realize the condition of property is pathetic. It was completely different from the pictures what you have on your website. So we did not check in the property. And we message you for the refund. So we want refund about that booking.”

“I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 ”

“Room clean. Prompt and effective service. Food good value and tasty. Breakfast menu, I would say, less tailored to western palates. Still hot drinks and fruit readily available. No issues whatsoever.”
