Enjoy Gulf views from Unit 110, a 416-square-foot studio on Galveston’s quieter East Beach. The condo sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed and daybed, plus a semi-private balcony and practical kitchenette with a midsize refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Islander East offers direct beach access, a heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, grilling areas, free Wi-Fi, and on-site front desk support. To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.
Age Requirement & Registration The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.
No Pets Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.
Occupancy Limits Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that must be followed. Children count toward the total occupancy.
No Parties or Events Islander East is a quiet beachfront community. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed inside units.
Pool Area Rules No pets or food are allowed in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Safety Policies Weapons (as defined by Texas law) are not permitted on the property.
Balcony & Wildlife Guidelines Please do not hang items on balcony rails and do not feed seagulls, pigeons, coyotes, or other animals.
Personal Responsibility Unit owners and Islander East management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss/theft of personal belongings in units or vehicles.
Reservation Policies Refunds or prorations are not provided for early departures, weather conditions, construction noise, or appliance, electronic, or internet issues.
Check-Out Time Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Parking Boat, RV, or trailer parking requires prior approval. Vehicles must park in spaces marked with a white painted curb.
