Your private patio offers a convenient picnic table for meals al fresco while taking in the views of the bay and the spacious, waterfront deck is the prime spot to admire unparalleled sunrises and sunsets. Inside, this home boasts an air-conditioned open floor plan, seamlessly combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Wall-to-wall windows allow you and your guests to enjoy plenty of natural light and incredible views. Gather around the flatscreen TV in the living room to watch everyone's favorite movie or sports game; the living room has been furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, providing guests with an inviting space to hang out and have fun. The open kitchen has been appointed with every major appliance needed to make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher. The bunk bedroom enjoys a convenient desk and shares a full bathroom with the other bedroom available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
