Not at all as expected.
When we arrived the property had not been cleaned properly and when I notified the owners their response was “Grrr”. The inventory provided did not match what was actually there. I didn’t expect to have to clean someone else’s fridge of old French fries and spilled mustard and ketchup. There was long black hair in all the corners. The shower curtain was beyond disgusting. Sinks were dirty. Under the bed had 1/4 inch of dust. I assure you I’m not that fussy but there are limits to acceptable.
I suffered with a rash the whole time we were there and found out the reason for the rash was caused by bedbugs. Not at all a happy experience. While I realize that it is not the fault of the owners it is the responsibility of the owners and agin I received unacceptable responses from them. I did get a very small refund because of this but it was totally unacceptable for the amount of stress and discomfort I went through.
I have never given a bad review to anyone but in this case felt compelled.
The unit was cute and would have been great but did not live up to its reviews or my expectations.
