The house was clean and had what we needed. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Management kept in touch during our stay to make sure we had what we needed.

The Beach house was a great stay and and not far from to beach for a reasonable price we definitely going to give this place a try again in coming year. Thank you for allowing us to stay here during a family trip.

Communication and check-in process were a breeze. The location was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Though after entering, we noticed the house was not completely cleaned; we had to wear shoes because the floors & rug were dirty/sandy. The refrigerator barely worked at all and the kitchen sink had little to no water pressure. Check-in is at 4 to allow time for cleaning, but the cleaners were still there at 5:00. Overall, I wouldn’t rent this location again, but we still made the best of it and enjoyed our stay.

Very roomy property with many beds. Nice fenced yard for the dog. Well equipped kitchen but appliances are all very old. Fridge had no shelves left in door and froze some of our food. Stove does not heat evenly anymore. Flooring has spots that are worn to the subfloor. Could use some Kleenex and toilet paper holders. Price was fair.

Great Location

Overall we were really pleased about this stay. The location is great and the house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house was nice for a family. The only downside was that the vacuum didnt work to cleannup sand and some of the light switches didnt seem to work properly.

The location was good and the property ok. Issues like leaking refrigerator and unlockable outside door were not addressed when submitted. Our group was 8. We could not use the 3rd bedroom because the door didn’t lock (external door) and the portable AC didn’t work. If we were the originally planned 11 people this would have been a problem. The cleanliness of the couch was suspect and the deck had rickety railings. Did we have fun yes. But not the experience I told me group we would have.

Great bday vacation

Our family and friends of my daughter spend the weekend to celebrate her bday. Everyone had fun! The place is clean. And the AC is really cool especially during this warm weather that is what we need most.
