Carol is extremely responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean, the beds were very comfortable and the layout is perfect for families. We enjoyed all the pools and most of the amenities and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The walk to the beach is very easy.

Had a rainy week for starters but then it was pretty nice. We stayed 5 weeks and give it a 5⭐️ along with the owners who even went out out of their way to meet us. Highly recommend this beach house great location!

We had a really fun weekend here for my husbands birthday! We found everything we needed to make nice family meals, roasted marshmallows and made s’mores downstairs at the fire pit, loved the cozy living room, and large master suite. The kids enjoyed their own room and bathroom away from the adults and our dog enjoyed watching birds from the porch. The walk to the beach was so short and easy to make even carrying all our stuff. We will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time staying here in Galveston! This is our second time to stay at this house, and we love it everytime. The kitchen allows for big family meals and the kids love having their own room. The walk to the beach is super convenient and our dog is excited the whole walk. The beach feels private and there is a lot of space to spread out. We always have one meal or marshmallows on the fire pit too. We will definitely be back!!

This property is PERFECT for a family gathering. Great layout that allows various areas for privacy or conversations. The kitchen is ready to rock - supplied with utensils, flatware, cookware, glasses. Being able to roast marshmallows on the covered patio's fire pit was a special treat. Mattresses were firm and linens fresh. Excellent communications with the owner, too! Great value, especially if you purchase the Pointe West wristbands to make use of the pools and lazy river.

Pros: Room sizes, furnishings, A/C, well stocked kitchen, appliances, patio furniture, beds (master is very firm). Cons: No down ramp on the walkover to the beach side (have to carry wagons and gear down the steps), mosquitos ( bring lots of bug spray), no cable TV - we were only able to get 3 channels. I could have logged into our accounts - but I didn't feel comfortable doing that.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was more than big enough for our family of 5. Everything you could ever need is at this house. All the sand/beach toys, a beach wagon and sunshade. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels provided. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed going back and forth between the drive on beach and pool at the beach club. The owners were extremely kind and responsive. This was such a fun family trip. I highly Recommend this beach house.

The house was perfect, very clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. It was also super close to the walkway to the beach. We had to reach out to the owner for a minor issue and she got it taken care extremely fast. Her open line of communication was the reason everything went so smoothly. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. I would definitely book this property again. 5 Stars all around.

We stayed in November and loved how quiet the community was. We had the beach all to ourselves! The Pointe West beach club was a very short drive away and the adults took advantage of the hot tub while the kids went to the game room. The house was very clean and organized and well decorated. The furniture on the balconies and the bayside back patio area were all clean and in great condition—no mildew anywhere! We all enjoyed our time there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends back home.
