Had a great weekend at this cozy beach house. People around the community are very nice and give complements to your dogs if your walking them. Close to the beach and still pretty quiet. Will be recommended to other friends and family.

Not a good property

The listing does not state it is actually 2 units, they make it seem like the extra bedroom and bathroom were a part of the house and it was not. There was mold in the unit downstairs, and about 2 inches of dust on the ac. We did not have to use the unit downstairs except for the laundry room and the bathroom. We pulled out some strainers and other kitchen ware to use, but some were so dirty we had to run the dishwasher to get them clean.

This property was very nice. The location was close to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped. The availability of golf cart/ chairs/ tents for rent and delivery to the door was a great option. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. 2 min to the beach and 2 min to the marina to eat. House was comfortable and very clean. Charming and cozy.
