Nice location, beautiful views

The space is easily accessible and beautiful condos. The amenities onsite are nice and the pool is fun. Easily accessible to local shopping, the seawall, and plenty of restaurants! The condo had some issues that were not properly addressed while we weee staying there and it smelled very musty.

Everything was great. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and balcony overlooking the beach. You might bring blankets, though, if you’re cold-natured.

Great Condo

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The condo was perfect location!! Right across the street from the beach and Wal-Mart is also right across the street which is great if you forget something. The weather was a bit cooler so we really enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this condo.

Vacation getaway

We loved the property. There are 2 large pools and 1 hot tub. Our condo faced the ocean and we could walk across the street to the beach. It was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery store etc. Property was very clean and comfy. We will be back.

Unbeatable Location

My teenage son and I stayed for a long weekend at this lovely 2 bed/2 bath first floor condo. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but overall we had a fantastic stay. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk across the street and we were playing in the ocean.

Perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay!! The place was absolutely awesome! Great neighbors!! Owners son was there to help with all questions/concerns. But it was perfrct!! Clean, quiet and a great location. Would definitely stay again!! Very safe and wonderful furnishings!! Absolutely NOTHING bad to say!! Loved the 2 king sized beds!!

It is nice and quiet

It is nice and quiet. I loved how you could see the beach from the bedroom. It was very clean as well. Only complaint I had is there is a coffee maker with no pot. I had to go buy a coffee maker just to have coffee. But other than that it was great.

Nice vacation rental

The condo is roomy and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the washing machine would not turn on and there was no bedding for the futon. There were extra pillows in the closets but no pillow cases. Otherwise the place was perfect and we loved our stay here.

It was close to the beach and Walmart. No noise at all. Just the air in the guest room. It was horrible to sleep in. It was hot in there but the rest of the home stayed cold.

Comfortable Condo

This was a very comfortable and clean condo with everything we needed for our stay. Spacious, tons of closet space. Comfortable furniture, leather/clean. Right across from the beach, just a short walk to the corner to use the crosswalk safely and to the steps down to the sand. Condo was quiet still even being on the seawall. Wonderful private patio with a view! Heated pool near this condo unit, it was a colder weekend when we stayed - it was a little chilly for the adults, but the kids were fine and still swam every day!

Relaxing getaway :)

This condo was the perfect getaway for me and my husband! The view of the beach was great, the resort like pools were relaxing, and it was so quiet and peaceful within the property. The people at Vacasa were very responsive with any questions I had or any concerns. The only issue we ran into was with the fridge/freezer. It wasn’t working right. We did report it and although it didn’t get fixed within our stay, they did send someone out to try and fix it! We will definitely stay here again.

All around excellent.

Dawn Condominiums are clean and overall well maintained. Our particular unit was also well maintained, clean, well appointed, and had everything (bedding, bathroom, and kitchen) for a long stay (2-weeks for us). It is on the first floor but you have several steps to climb to get there from the parking lot. The pool was in excellent condition and the pool area was great. It is also close to the condo. Even though they had encountered some water damage in the main office and fitness room, they had cleaned it up and kept most of the fitness equipment available. This was important to us. It is also in the same building as the office. The beach is immediately across the highway and a Walmart is across the street. Other shopping is also available nearby. Of course, their are many great restaurants all within a 4 mile drive. Definitely recommend.

Cute condo with fun beach vibe

We enjoyed this condo as it was at a great location right across from the beach (highway in between). The grounds were very pretty and well kept. Walmart is right next door and neighborhood felt safe. It was very clean but there was a strong pledge (wood cleaner) smell that never went away, a few of us even got headaches. The closets in each room were huge which was great to have our open luggage out of the way. Kitchen had what we needed. We were disappointed that there were no extra pillows or blankets for the couch pullout, only sheets. It was also horrible to lay on and probably the only reason we wouldn’t book this condo again. It would be great for 4 people. Everything else was wonderful and we loved our visit. Note that the pool closes at 9pm. We wish we knew that although they did say to get wrist bands from the office.

Dawn Condominiums 214!

The condo itself is big enough for up to 5 comfortably, nice pool, great area and right across from the beach. TVs in each bedroom and living room were nice and furniture in good shape and comfortable! We had a number of problems including a Texas size dead roach in the Master Bedroom, the mirror and the lights were pretty dusty! The microwave was very loud, toaster did not work, the refrigerator did not stay cold enough to put perishables in and the freezer was not working enough to keep ice cream from melting. The sliding glass door to the patio came off track and was fixed once however came off again after a couple times of opening and closing. I would not stay there again unless the issues above were addressed!

Wonderful

This was a really comfortable condo. There were three adults, my husband and I and our youngest adult son. We had plenty of room to sprawl out after the day and be comfortable. Great little balcony to look across the highway at the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, & each had its own bathroom. Very roomy . Plus, nice sized walk-in closets where you could actually lay out your suitcases on the floor in there. Hang stuff up and not be stepping over your suitcases on the actual bedroom’s floor. Great size kitchen. It’s a really nice condo. I could see where you would actually retire to this place and just live in it kind of downsized. excellent location for pleasure pier, etc. It has two swimming pools, really nice sized plus one has a hot tub. It was never crowded, but we are in the off-season. The only thing that I would say is parking could be a little better bc you park on the backside so you have to go up a short set of stairs with your suitcases as parking is not available in the level front of the bldg. but actually, you’re only lug your suitcases up one time bc the next trip is going down.. And I would strongly suggest a grab bar in the master bedroom shower. It’s beautifully tiled, but the tile on the floor can be a little slick so, a grab bar would’ve been nice to have in there. Other than that, we would come back in a heartbeat. And the price was unbelievably reasonable.

The accommodations worked out well for our family. It would have been helpful to have things like an iron, salt pepper, zip lock bags, etc. as well as more essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent available, especially for a 5 day stay. The north bedroom needs a mirror on the wall, and the main bathroom needs a hairdryer. It was a great location. I would stay there again.
