Located on the 2nd floor of a building dating from the 1800s, this studio loft is a rare find in the middle of all the best that Galveston has to offer. Loads of sunlight enters this completely modern space. The structural highlights include exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and a large tranquil balcony. It’s located within a short walk to great restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also across the street is live jazz music on Thursday nights.  We live within minutes of the building and we are available for advice or help as needed.  Located between the Strand and Post Office Street districts, this is the perfect location for enjoying the entertainment, shopping, and dining that Galveston is famous for. Across the street from the building is a beautiful rooftop bar that offers spectacular views over the island. Galveston getaway
Owner was extremely nice. We walked everywhere and the sea wall was just a short drive. Condo was perfect for two! And there was a washer and dryer where we could wash the ice cream from our clothes!

Beautiful Apartment!
This was actually our second time to stay at this property. In June last year, we rented all 3 units in the building for our family and friends from around the country to get together. We loved it so much we decided to do it again this year at the same place. The units were brand new when we stayed before and we provided some feedback for the owners to improve the experience and we were happy to see they addressed all of our comments. This studio unit was a fantastic escape from everyone for my husband and I. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching everything going on in the city below us. Although the unit is only a studio, the high ceilings and large windows really make it feel expansive. Of course, the location was a big plus for us. It's right in the middle of downtown Galveston, within walking distance of everything you could want.
