Please note that when you arrive, you must check in at the front office at Maravilla Resort Condominiums to get a wrist band for everyone in your party and your parking permit(s). You will pay Maravilla directly by credit card only, $10/per day/per vehicle (2 vehicle maximum) for parking. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
