“Very good hotel and many facilities! Room is ok and can enjoy a full irish breakfast in the hotel! Nice location very near to the beach, but need to take taxi or by car to go to city centre.

“We enjoyed our three night stay at The Twelve hotel in Barna. We decided to try staying outside of Galway and used bus and taxi to get in and out of town.
The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious (we had a King suite). The morning breakfast was excellent.
While Barna was not particularly walkable, we were able to take the city bus both into Galway to explore the city and take an excursion to the Cliffs of Moher, as well as to the ferrys to Aran Islands.

“The room we had was spacious, clean and well stocked. The space seemed dated but everything worked well. We were not able to turn the temperature down below 19c which was on the warm side for us. Staff were lovely and the in hotel restaurant was decent, some lower priced options would have been nice. ”
