The public areas were not clean, with the lift being grubby with dirt and spilled water for example, that did not seem to be cleaned up across the day. Glenarde House
This place is perfect if you are not looking for any frills. The room is well maintained and very comfortable. There is a shared kitchen and dining space. It was exactly what we needed as a stop between two destinations!

The Galmont
Location was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful but we've felt we had to request for things...not a biggy but noticeable. We're not really big on breakfast so can't offer any feedback but their scones and jam were pretty good when we had them.
