A parte un problema iniziale dovuto alla mancanza della biancheria letto per il terzo ospite, prontamente risolto, il resto del soggiorno ė andato bene. Personale reception gentile e disponibile sin dal primo approccio via email. Risposte veloci e chiare. Bilocale arredato e completo di utensili da cucina, per un soggiorno senza tante pretese. Avendo una cucina……

“Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche überaus grosszügig ausgestattet. Gerne kocht man darin. Mit 2 Bädern, ein grosses Wohnzimmer und schöner Balkon konnten wir uns gut ausruhen . Sehr geeignet für mehrere Personen , aber auch für uns 3 sehr angenehm. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich , und beantwortet alle Fragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.”

“La struttura è praticamente nuova ed è fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, si trova a 100 dal tram monorotaia che taglia in due la citta di Padova ed è comodissimo per raggiungere ogni luogo importante. E' a 200 metri a piedi da piazza delle Erbe. Pulitissima e silenziosa, il letto comodo. Infine il proprietario al telefono è stato sempre disponibilissimo e preciso. La consiglieri sicuramente.”

“Federica's semi-detached home is a wonderful place to stay for touring the Padua area, including Venice. Federica is a warm and friendly host. The home is accurately depicted by the Vrbo site listing. I would definitely stay there again when visiting that area.”

Immaculate conditions of all the furniture and features: definitely a place to recommend. Please note: the apartment does not feature a dishwasher which represents a (small) minus. ”

“La vivienda gestionada por Fabrizio y Mary es mucho mejor incluso de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías. Está cuidada hasta el último detalle y se encuentra en las afueras de Castelbaldo, lo cual la hace muy tranquila. Junto a la vivienda se encuentra un Bar donde se puede desayunar y a 50m un magnífico restaurante-pizzería, con una calidad increible. Realmente, no es la típica casa de alquiler, sino algo realmente muy profesional. Gracias por la experiencia.”

“It was a bit noisy in the morning, as it is located in a very busy street, but all in all, we had a pleasant stay in Padova. The host was super nice, and you can easily communicate with her via WhatsApp. The place looked just like the pictures, it was easily reachable. The flat was well equipped, they had everything we needed. Thank you again! ”

“A very clean modern apartment located less then 100 metres from the Piazza della Frutta. Walking distance to all major attractions including la Cappella degli Scrovengi. The apartment is equipped with everything required for a couple including a washing machine. We stayed for four very comfortable nights. “When we arrived we could not enter. The bell was not heard. We did not got from VRBO a telephone number of the owner. After an half hour we found the number on old box lying on the ground and we could enter and we could phone the owner. The heating was off, the TV does not work, the WIFI was very bad. So Much sorry, sorry that we named the owner als Mr. Sorry.”

“Da ich schon seit 30 Jahren meine Familie einlade sagt das alles. Was mir dieses mal nicht passte : Die festen Kosten werden ohne zu fragen von meiner Karte abgebucht bevor wir das Hotel verlassen.Ich verlange die Rechnung und die Dame sagt es ist schon bezahlt.Oh nein die Euro 2'300.-für Getränke etc sind noch offen.Die Zusatzkosten für den Hund meiner Enkelin bezahlte diese selbst und mir wurden die Kosten auch auf die Rechnung gesetzt.Ich bin gespannt ob ich das Geld nach meiner Reklamatiom……
