「Overall my experience was alright. Would say that communication wasn't the best when I paid for package deal that could plan everything accordingly. I notice staff seems to give half their effort when cleaning or doing their services and used our perfumes to scent our own room. I mean you don't just take people's things and do as you please. AC was leaking and asked the day we checked in to have maintenance fix the issue. If you going for a weekend or a night it's not bad to go experience it....

「Room totally different than pictures. Shower head barely worked. Toilet pinned against shower walls and wife almost couldn't fit to utilize it. Mattress was fine but pillows were horribly small. Some type of work started in the morning at 5am and woke us up.」
