It's isolated, but there's a free bus from/to Toyohashi Station. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, and much of the hotel has been recently renovated. Unfortunately they have changed the afternoon times for the onsen so that women have access to their part at 3pm but men from 5pm, which we found...
