We have decorated this apartment following the elegant and fresh line that characterizes the Premium apartments, with warm sand tones, combined with white lacquered carpentry. The large terrace of 27 m2 is ideal to be outdoors eating and dining with family or simply relaxing on one of its loungers overlooking the sea, reading or having a drink after dinner with outdoor lighting. Seeing sunrise is a spectacle that one should not miss. It is on a fifth floor. Located on the Paseo Marítimo with cafes, ice cream parlors, restaurants and all kinds of services. You can go walking to the Acquarium area or to the left to the Plaza del Temple. Everything is less than 400 meters away. It has direct access to the beach across the promenade. There is a bike path that runs along the beach from end to end.
