Great service

We were so glad to be at a quieter location with a beautiful view. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing- they are friendly and professional. The hotel was organised and effectively run. Try the spa, the massage was great too.

Great hotel

Nice hotel with a great pool and easy access to other activities. Liked the aircon in all the rooms and a lot of sun chairs available at the pool. The breakfast was okay but after a week with the same things to choose from, we needed a bit more change in the menu

Resort is far from town, only restaurant on the resort charges €30 per person- no other options. Wait staff unfriendly, waited very long for service, not accommodating. Resort has free shuttle to town but limited hours, asked reception about taxi service was told limited taxi service but once in town could get taxi easily. Setting is beautiful, nice pool but terrible service, not for people with mobility problems. Would not recommend, overpriced. Had to pay extra €5 per person to sit out on the restaurant terrace!

Beautiful resort, room was really nice with an excellent view of the lake. Really enjoyed the pool area. The "shuttle bus" back and from the town is a 7-person seater car that runs every 20 - 30 minutes during certain hours of the day. The latest being 6:30pm which can be annoying as after this hour you rely on taxi's that charge like a tenner per head, despite a 10-minute drive. It was really frustrating as there's no queuing system in place, so you could be waiting a few trips from the driver to get a seat, people who's been waiting 5 minutes will push and shove people who has been waiting 40 minutes. Also, my family was staying at the resort due to my father getting married in the next town. We asked the reception if it was possible for them to arrange for a taxi for us at 11:30am the following morning, they said no problem. The next day there was no sign of the taxi, asked the girl behind the counter if she could call the taxi company and see where it was, she did, and we were told it would be 10 minutes due to traffic. More time went on and no sign of the taxi, we asked the girl behind the counter for an update from the taxi company and was just being told "traffic" with shrugged shoulders without calling the company. When we tried to explain it was my father's wedding, which he may now be late for, she just looked at us with smiles and a hand in the air. Taxi arrived 45 minutes late.

O tratamento exceto o rapaz que nós recebeu e terrível, todos mal humorados, má vontade de trabalhar. Pedi de manhã que viessem ver o porquê a água não estava esquentando na noite anterior estava, liguei 3x para a recepção falaram que iam mandar alguém não mandaram ninguém e nem falaram mais nada. No café da manhã pedi que deixassem a gema do ovo bem frita, falaram que não podiam virar o ovo na chapa só podiam fazer um lado parece mentira pra um local caro e era pra ser um resort. Não indico, não sei se o problema é a região porque já estive em Veneza e o tratamento e ruim igual, indico que fiquem em Varese em Milão o tratamento e ótimo.

Poiano Garda Resort

Dejlig beliggenhed, smukt anlæg, gode faciliteter. Morgenmaden var tilpasset et internationalt publikum. Ikke italiensk, og selvsagt anlagt med stordrift for øje. Den olympiske pool var delvist beslaglagt (2-3 baner) af en svømmetræningslejr. Men ellers lækkert med et bassin der gav mulighed for både leg og at svømme nogle baner. Ret "let" vand, sikkert renset med ozon i stedet for klor. Virkelig god svømmeoplevelse. Tennis, paddle tennis og fitness virkede fint, golf så også ud til at gå godt. Pæne værelser med velfungerende aircon. Nogle vil finde stilen lidt bedaget, men absolut inden for skiven. Generelt gode materialer/løsninger. Der hvor hotellet skal se på upgradering er miljøvnelighed, og få sat nogle solceller op til at aflaste generatoren oppe ad bakken. Vandspild kunne man også se på med fordel. Grunden er kuperet, og det kræver ordentligt bentøj at komme rundt. Hvilket egentligt var et godt tilskud i forhold til fitness(!) Vi boede dog også med den højeste beliggenhed. Meget hjælpsomt personale. Også to destinationsladere skal nævnes. Shuttlebus til Garda by fungerer fint. Specielt med den "glade chauffør" ved rattet og masser af dytten og "vai, vai!". Nok den mest "autentiske" del. ;-) Vi havde kun morgenmad, men der var en flere restauranter lige uden for området, så vi led ingen nød.
