"The staff are great! Breakfast also pretty good! Hot breakfast available. Waffle maker is a bonus! Pool, hot tub, gym and a relaxing patio are why we stay here everytime we're in the area. The only weird thing is that for the last couple of bookings, we stayed 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned. We had to get towels from the front. The do not disturb sign was in our room. Not sure what we did wrong. No biggie. Just weird. On another note: Room 1101 bathroom light is blinking, air con is making clanking noise, and the toilet tank is busted. Need to jiggle the chain to fill the tank and jiggle again to stop the water. I forgot to let the manager know before we checked out. Still, it's all fixable. We will stay here again!"

"I specifically booked this hotel because of the view from dining restaurant on the upper floor pictures. I called the hotel a month in advance before making a reservation and they told me that the restaurant upstairs does not take reservations and it’s 1st come- 1served. I book my reservation and while getting checked into the hotel the clerk mentioned the other restaurants in the hotel. I inquired about the upper level restaurant and the clerk told me that unfortunately it’s not open because they RESERVED the entire upper floor restaurant. This information could have been told to me when I called personally and inquired. I stayed there because I had already made plans around the hotel stay. On the night of my stay I called guest services and asked for a blanket. They told me they would send one up immediately. No one came for an hour. I had to go personally to the front desk and get the blanket."

"Elevator worked when it wanted to. Late checkout set but keys die no mater ate 11am. Means you have to ask desk to let you in."

"We had a horrible Airbnb experience upon check in and decided not to stay at the place we checked online and booked the siren immediately and let me tell you it met our expectations and then some! The smell is amazing the decor is very unique and gorgeous and staff was so helpful and friendly at all hours. It’s our new go to from now on"

"The hotel is unique. We have stayed there several times. It is artistic and the property is secure and clean though it does show some wear. We enjoy the courtyard and fire pit. Great place for end of day relaxation. Will be back next time we're in Detroit for a game"
