This Townhome has everything you need. It's within walking distance of several popular restaurants, hikes, and only a 15-minute drive to Beaver Mountain. FREE Boat parking is available. Enjoy the convenience of a 240V EV outlet in the garage - please bring your own cable. New/Garden City/3BR 2BA/Trailer Parking/Games

The Space:
Ask us about our Discount Ski Passes to Beaver Mountain. We would love to be able to save you some money by booking with us. Discounted ski passes are available only for stays of 3 or more nights. The passes must be requested at least 4 business days before check-in.

Beautiful property
The property manager was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The property was so spacious and clean. Sometimes our kiddos didn’t even want to leave the property because they loved it so much! Definitely would recommend and hope to be back!

Great Place to stay!
Great location, big and spacious. Close to the market, food and gift shops. Very clean, and we loved the setup. Just need an outdoor grill and it would be perfect!

Nice stay but had some issues
The property is new and nicely furnished. The hot water heater was turned down to the lowest temperature, so there was only enough hot water for one person to take a quick shower. We texted the owner that we couldn’t figure out how to turn it up, he said he didn’t know how either. We ended up having to buy a screwdriver in order to remove the panel to get to the controls. In the meantime, we had two days of cold showers. The kitchen floor hadn’t been mopped it made the bottoms of our feet black. No Kleenex tissues, no replacement toilet paper or paper towels, we had to go buy some.

This is a wonderful and spacious townhome. It is conveniently located by grocery stores and gas stations. The entire townhome project is brand new. Everything is in great working order. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you so much!!
