Great weekend getaway!

Beyond relaxing😊.

We relaxed watching the sunrise every morning sitting on deck or on the comfortable living room couch. We also made good use of the kayak and paddleboard. The place was perfect!

Beautiful Peaceful Get Away

We enjoyed the beautiful views, kayaking/paddle boarding/swimming, and listening to the birds! The location was tucked away and yet close enough to walk into town for dinner! We had a great time.

Great place at Bear Lake

We took a quick vacation to Bear Lake. This was a great place to stay. Very reasonable cost. Comfortable and clean. Great views of the lake. We would stay there again. The only disappointment was that the elevator wasn’t working.

Amazing Place

The house, location, neighbors, views, etc. were all perfect. Will definitely rebook this place in the future. Could not ask for a better vacation and place to spend it!!! The icing on the cake was our ability to bring our dogs, they absolutely loved the place and the location of the water.

Perfect getaway location for Fall colors!

We enjoyed our stay in Blue Waters. While in the home, we enjoyed the unobstructed view of the lake. Sunrise off the back and sunset off the living space. We had great fun with fall activities-- a round of 9-hole golf and UTV rental to the wide-open views of Temple Peak. Meals made in the home with stainless cookware (safe for a celiac) or out at a year-around restaurant. Game night and movie night. A great space for time connecting with family. And we even were able to bring our furry family member.

Wonderful!

This home was beautiful! The large windows overlooking the lake are great. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and inviting. It was nice to be able to bring our dog,as she loves the water. The master bedroom is spacious and very nice. The furnishings in the home are comfortable and big enough for my talk husband to sit comfortably. My grandson enjoyed being able to walk out into the river from the back driveway, and had lots of fun swimming every day. The home is clean, light, and airy. The location is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Views, Neighborhood, On the Water w/2 and 4 Legged Family!!!!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this location and although I did not think it could get better it did!! The water is at an all time high, walk off the concrete driveway into turquoise blue waters to kayak, paddleboard and drive the RC boat for our dogs to chase!!!! We could not have asked for a better week with our great nephew and his fiance. After sending pics home to both of their families I believe everyone on both sides will be coming to Bear Lake for a family visit!!!! This is an amazing house and location and the fact they allow us to bring our dogs is definitely icing on the cake. I am sure we will be booking this house again in the near future!

Great location, but dog hair on every surface!

We love the location and used and enjoyed the paddle boards! Great property! S adly, the furry visitor from the last people left fur everywhere! On the blankets for the spare bed, couch, and floor. Crawling baby was covered every time we put her down. It didn’t seem like the previous people swept at all. My allergies went haywire!! We wish it had been cleaned from the previous visitors.

Wonderful Location, wish it was cleaner

The home was the perfect location right on the lake, loved waking up to the view. However the cleanliness was an issue for our group. We knew this was a pet friendly location but were not prepared for the amount of pet hair on the furniture and in the beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, but the couch was so covered with dog hair we did not sit on it. The beds had dog hair in between the sheets and we had to launder all of the bedding before we felt we could sleep in the beds. We also had to vacuum the floors to rid them of pet hair. Customer service was kind about the situation but was unable to do anything about it during our stay.

Nice location

Overall a nice house, but it's down a very, very pitted, narrow, bumpy dirt road. And, the house was not clean when we got there, we waited until almost 4:00 and still not clean. We had to go through Vacasa, and finally they got someone in touch with us who sent out emergency cleaning crew. And they said they will reimburse us to go get dinner, etc. Other than that, the house is right on the water, and they had it decorated nicely. And everything was good, nice location, we walked into town a couple of times.

Fun family/dog getaway

We stayed for a week in September with our dog and our families. It was overall an awesome location and house and we had lots of fun and would rent again! Pros: - Location was perfect/right on the water (given high water level there wasn't a beach right in front of the house but there was a sandbar a 5 min walk away that we set up on and was perfect for our needs) - Dog friendly (our dog had the best time of anyone haha) - Lots of beds - Gorgeous front room with huge windows to admire the amazing view - Awesome deck/outdoor table looking out over lake - Outdoor amenities were great including paddle boards, kayaks, extra beach chairs/towels, and corn hole - Felt very private given the private road and shoulder season - Adequate cookware to make meals Cons: - Endless bugs (dead and alive) in the house during our stay despite bug screens. - Shampoo/conditioner/soap provided were smaller than what a hotel would provide for a place that sleeps 10 ( bring your own) - Ended up having to buy extra toilet paper/paper towels as we ran out with at most 7 people in the home at a time and no extras provided - Attempted to use grill several times and it didn't heat up enough to be usable despite hooking up our own propane tank - Power was out overnight one night we were there (problematic for groceries/breastmilk) - There's a makeshift fire pit we never used, we would've loved an actual fire pit for cooking smores - Lack of AC was not an issue this time of year but would be in summer

Loved it!

This house was perfect. We had 3 families with 4 kids under 4 years old and it was perfect for us. We put a baby gate at the top of the stairs for piece of mind. The kids played out on the deck all evening. The house was very well stocked with all the necessities (coffee maker and filters, cooking utensils, spices). The rooms are very large and comfortable. Heads-up for people preparing to stay, there is no hose connection on the outside of the house if you need that for an activity. I would definitely stay here again. When the water levels are high, the boat ramp becomes a private ramp and we played on it all day.
