This place was amazing for our whole extended family! Well stocked with everything you’d ever need to cook any meal. Beds were great, (just one couple lost drawing straws and had to squeeze into a full size bed), otherwise the rooms were perfect size. The best of views every morning and evening of the lake!

Lovely home with amazing views

Spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for a lot of people. Kitchen and other amenities perfect for a large crowd. Would definitely book this property again.

Bear Lake Home

Our family vacation in your beautiful home was magical. It is in a perfect location and being on the water was wonderful. The home was well-appointed and labeled and is a large, comfortable home. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the pull out couches, as the comfort level is lacking there, or perhaps add more actual beds. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Awesome family vacation

I apologize for my late review. We stayed at Spinnaker Point in September 2021. We had a wonderful time. The home was a perfect fit for our families. The location was great. Absolutely loved being next to the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. The great room/kitchen is the perfect size for all of us to sit around and visit. The kids loved the play area and theater room. The owners were fabulous to work with. Definitely would love to come back again

Great location and views!!! Plenty of room to spread out. Main beds were very comfortable. Would recommend upgrading pull out mattresses and providing outdoor games (like corn hole) Within walking distance to coffee, ice cream and food! Would stay here again!

Bear Lake visit

Great place to stay with easy access to the lake just out the back door. The house was well stocked with incidentals and appliances. The only problems were minor (housekeeping was less than normal, but still presentable. Apparently the previous tenants had not left on time, shortening the window for cleaners). Julie was a great help in answering questions and responded immediately to concerns. The whole family loved our stay.

Great, but parking area was inadequate!

The house was great! Being right on the lake was fabulous! The parking said it was made for 12 vehicles, including trailers, but definitely wasn't! They have one small entrance so you have to rearrange vehicles everytime you would want to get another vehicle out. Very inconvenient. Wouldn't let you park on grass, even though most of the yard was dead. Should make yard into more parking.

Great home

This house is amazing! The pictures online do not do this house justice. There was plenty of room to spread out, even with a large group of people. We had a problem with the TV not connecting to the internet, and when calling the property manager we received a prompt call back. Even though the problem was never resolved we still had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Slice of heaven at bear lake

Everything was tidy and orderly. Great location, close to the marina and having the lake front property allowed everyone to enjoy the lake all day long.

The perfect vacation house

This place was perfect for our family gathering. The online listing was accurate and we arrived to a perfectly clean house. The house is located directly on the lake. We were able to rent JetSki‘s and sit on the back deck and ride them all day long. The location was perfect, right in Garden City just minutes from restaurants. Everybody loved their stay!
