Misleading photos, poor communication
We paid handsomely for our stay. Although the interior was nice, we did not expect the dirt driveway and the trailer park- like environment. Photos of the tennis courts were misleading. There were courts within waking distance at a public park, but nothing that was specifically associated with the property. When we contacted the owners about a late check out and a missing can opener, we had to wait 24 hours for a response. It was not exactly the communication we expected and was much too late to be at all helpful. The home was very clean once you entered from the small wooden staircase, and the beds were comfortable. But overall, for what we paid and what the pictures showed, we expected more.
