Soak in the splendor of Bear Lake at this comfortable, two-level condo with stunning views of the lake and mountains! Begin each morning with coffee and sunrise views on the private balcony, take daily walks to the shared seasonal pool and the year-round hot tub, and unwind on the ground-level patio as dinner sizzles on the private gas grill. Back inside, the living room offers a gas fireplace, a DVD player, and DirecTV service for cozy nights at home!

This condo is located in the heart of Harbor Village, which features an outdoor community pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a paved bike path. The Bear Lake State Park Marina is only half a mile east, allowing you to lounge on the lakeshore and take out a boat with ease. You'll also find many things to do within a short drive, whether you choose to visit Garden City Beach (a mile south), the Bear Lake West Golf Course (four miles north), or Beaver Mountain Ski Area (14 miles west).

BEWARE - Do Not Rent This Unit

Property felt like a bait and switch with pictures not matching the current state of the property. There were bugs in all window ledges and covering the wall by the sliding glass door. We killed over a dozen spiders during the stay. Surfaces were dusty there was mold in the water pitcher and washing machine. The cleanliness of this place was horrible! The silverware for us to use was jagged like it had been run through the garbage disposal. There weren’t enough towels for our family of 5. The AC didn’t work upstairs. I have many pictures evidencing the poor state of this rental that I’d be happy to provide. Don’t ruin your vacation before it starts just move on past this unit and find something else. The property manager and Vacasa didn’t seem interested in sending anyone out to bring this unit up to rental standards.

End of year getaway 2023

The area and the property were great, beautiful view of lake. We only had couple of cleaning issues but the guest service person Sue, addressed them immediately. We would definite recommend this property, close to stores and as mentioned beautiful scenery and especially for taking rightful walks. Wonderful stay.

Some issues with the complete cleaning of the property. Some furniture had changed. Especially the dining table chairs. Wanted padded chairs for playing games but chairs were mostly hard wooden chairs that didn’t match the pictures. A couple of light bulbs were out. The view of the lake was great. The furniture was at least 20 years old in the living room on the slipcovers that they were covering with were old and I'll bet haven't been washed in a year And they would not stay on. The ice maker in the fridge did not work but was running constantly why we were there and I could not turn it off. The location was excellent the unit could use an update

Needs repair and deep cleaning!

The property is in disrepair and filthy. There are a laundry list of items that need attention: carpets are horribly soiled, 50% of kitchen chairs you can sit on because they’re broken, internet and WiFi went out during our stay, and got locked out of unit because of broken screen door. The place is dirty. I wouldn’t go bare foot in the unit. As an example, coffee from the previous guest was still in the coffee maker. 🤢

We really liked the location and the view was amazing! But the toilet downstairs was broken and two people cannot shower at the same time. I really wanted to take a bath after a cold day, and there was not enough hot water. We also had trouble getting the downstairs TV to work because there was no remote.

Three day trip to Bear Lake

My wife and I stayed at this property during the week. The condo was very spacious and had a fantastic view of the lake. We enjoyed the shared pool and recreation area towards the entrance of the complex. We didn't do much cooking while we stayed there but the kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs. The parking spots are extremely close to the front door. Overall a great experienced and we would love to be back.

Great little condo with an amazing view!

Great little condo with an amazing view! Really comfortable - just what we wanted. Loved that all we needed was the code to get in and were set. And we especially loved the jetted tub upstairs - it was heavenly.
