This property is totally misrepresented in the photos. The property is run down, the smell is horrendous, the room fixtures are broken, drawers broken, lighting is terrible. I immediately left after being nauseated. Still waiting to hear if I will receive a refund. This property is more suited as a detention facility.

Our check in time was 3pm and tried to check in at 7pm room still wasn’t ready. Front desk lady was very rude. Room cleaner had her son with her while working.

When I first walked in I knew it was a mistake staying for two nights. The inside of the building looked like no one had cleaned it in months. The room itself wasn't too bad. The toilet was running constantly unless you jiggle the handle. The refrigerator was not level, it felt like it was going to fall over everytime you opened the door. There were some outlet covers missing. I was happy to leave.

Not right for us

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel without seeing it. When we arrived we realized this hotel is really more appropriate for those who need short term housing - people experiencing homelessness, transient people etc. not at all appropriate for our vacationing family. It reeked of tobacco and marijjuana. It was barebones. No reception area. Really rough. We left within minutes and did not get our money refunded. We lost nearly $300 but we could not spend the night in that place. I am sure this location is great for some, but be aware of what you are booking.

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. Very dirty hallways, illegal drug smell through out the hotel. Sketchy people standing outside and in lobby. Lobby closed down at 10:00pm for the day.

Overall I’d recommend them!

Overall enjoyed my stay. Although the hallway does smell of cigarette smoke, the rooms could use a bit of updating! Overall I’d still go back to them the staff is pretty damn good!!

Horrible experience

The pictures were NOTHING like what I had to walk into! While it seemed clean due to the smell of bleach it was indeed a poor sight to see! It didn’t look welcoming from the very moment I entered the building, to the elevator, through the hall, and entering the room where you could view all the flaws as soon as the door opened! No blanket! Some kind of substance on the ceiling and walls. I did not complete the stay!
Stove Very disgusting to look at and it was not put together along with whatever was hanging from the microwave
Pillows not on the bed so the room was not prepared
Seems broken, the water pressure was low and water spewed everywhere
Not sure what the black spots were on the towels and it was only the one towel

I booked a three night stay at this property. I got there at night very tired from the day and was shocked at the filthy room with broken cabinets dirty floors and a constantly running toilet. I stayed until then morning and checked out. The General manager promised me she would issue a refund for the remaining two night and I took her at her word. This however did not happen and in my mind this speaks to a lack of integrity. Now I am forced to go through my credit card company to recoup my remaining days. If you are thinking of staying here I would not recommend it. The place is not maintained and the staff is confrontational.
