“Nice property, very helpful hostess, willing staff, excellent breakfast and clean room, and safe. A bit overpriced, and the decor somewhat dated if you’re used to more streamlined aesthetic. But, everything workd, and the hostess Amrita was cheerful willing to go the extra mile as needed.”

“Rooms were clean and well maintained but are not sound proof. I could hear TV sound from other room. Breakfast was good and the service was very good. Staff are always smiling and supportive.”

“No breakfast was offered all though it was clearly mentioned in the booking details that free breakfast buffet was included. We were told that they will fix it and get back to us but nobody contacted at all and when asked again they said that they cant do anything. Also, we came there after a long flight and 9:30 am in the morning woke up with a loud hammer noise and drilling noise. It was loud to a point where we literally had to talk loudly to make conversation. Really bad experience for the……

“when I arrived they said they did not have a reservation for me, when in fact I already paid for it even in advance so at midnight I had to go somewhere else. I could not get a refund because it was still time to check in. They never issued a refund. Very convenient for them to keep your money after they turned you away!”
