“When we arrived at the property we had not eaten and it was late. The restaurant was closng at 10 pm and the vending machine wasn’t working. The area is just the resort was on its own area with no shops close by. There was only one restaurant and it had a limited menu that was the same for lunch and dinner. We didn’t think we would have a problem but we did. We wanted a taxi the following notbing but the taxi did not turn up. We decided to hire a car which was 9 miles away - get a car if you……

“This building is literally 1/3 built though actually had no impact on the stay at all. It’s just a bit strange on arrival. Continuing the strange, there was no actual check in as I was messaged via the app of the room number and that the door was open and the key inside. Great for Energylandia as nearer than the actual official Energylandia resort. Room was a studio, large bright and clean. Nice bathroom. Small kitchen area was more than ok if you wanted to eat in, but eating out is always very……

“הדירה המקורית שבחרנו לא הייתה תקינה, ויום לפני ההגעה החליפו לנו לדירה ללא גינה. קצת התאכזבנו אבל קיבלנו דירה יפה ונחמדה אחרת. הדירה נקייה ומעוצבת מדהים! יש מחא ציוד במצב מעולה, כמעט הכל אפילו פן לייבוש השיער, אבל היו חסרים לנו דברים קטנים כמו מחבת, כפפה לתנור ומגבות להחלפה כי השהייה ארוכה. המיקום מקסים, הדירה מושלמת למשפחה. ”

“This was a real get away from it all whilst still being near the city. The staff go above and beyond to help and support their guests. There was lovely food provided for us in the fridge when we arrived at the little cottage. The only downside was that there were no curtains in the bedroom. Whilst I love being in the woods and seeing and hearing the birds, I did not enjoy being woken up at 4am, with the sunlight and heat streaming through the window. Please supply some curtains, they need not be……
