“My wife and I have stayed in a number of hotels and rental houses in Manitou Springs and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites was by far the nicest. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable with a large amount of counter space. The amenities are great: Large indoor pool and hot tub, nice workout facility and a fantastic hot buffet breakfast every morning. Good location; just a mile from downtown. This place will be our new home away from home whenever we visit Manitou Springs.”

“Loved the views and staff were friendly. Not much to do on property but activities within driving distance. Resort shuts down early. Gets very dark.”

“The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day.”

“Very nice but a little too small for two adults and two teens , the location is a big plus. It is located right next to a restaurant and a lot of other cool places. The lady who helped us was super nice and very attentive. Overall we enjoyed staying there. Is a great place for families with small children”

“We found an old beer can, and food in a drawer when we arrived. None of the TV’s worked until the last day. Staff was great and helpful! Helped with the washer and dryer and gave us quarters back was super nice!”

“The owners were friendly especially since we got it late . The room was very musty smelling , the tv didn’t even face the bed so you had to turn it and the dresser it was on to watch it from the bed . Breakfast was a joke - cookies , granola bars and pound cake from The store . No snack machines , the ground leading to the rooms in back was very uneven . The parking for the rooms in back was very narrow - don’t try to take a full size truck back there, luckily we had hubs small car and not my……
