"Outrigger ruined this property! This used to be my go to resort in Hawaii. They pull scams now. Wanted an additional $3,000.00 claimed it was expedias error. They are under reconstruction and oversold is the real story. The pool is so out of balance it bleached our outfits. The staff seem miserable and unhappy. All the excursions they claim to have they don’t have the staff to support them. The ones they do have are 4 times the price. You can literally book them independently and save a ton of money. This place has gone to Hell. Never again!!!"

"Beautiful resort grounds but definitely feels dated. A lot of renovations happening and some of the property grounds near the beach need maintenance and upkeep. Room was nice, pools were nice and staff was amazing. Resort just needs refreshing, modernization, and at least some type of attempt to make the beach feel exclusive . It felt very public and crowded relative to the last time we stayed here"
